The letter ‘I’ is the letter for the 21st Century, it is the prefix of aspiration and cool, believe me it's the truth!

The letter ‘I’ came to my attention when considering all useful adjectives to describe the Class of 09.

iMagination – iNitiative – iNnovation – iNdustrious – iNsight – iNtuitive – iDeas

So there you go, I give you the visual Communicators for the 21st Century, they are the generation that will need to lead us out of the mess we are in. The mess created by the greed and cynicism of some is going to demand the most creative IDEAS and INNOVATIVE solutions.

So as the class of 09 step out in to an uncertain world I am confident that they have the IMAGINATION to believe, the INITIATIVE to succeed, the INDUSTRIOUSNESS to survive and the INSIGHT and INTUITION to lead.

In the month that a desperate government appointed Sir Alan as its ‘Enterprise Tsar’ let’s remember that he said the iPod would be “dead, gone, kaput” by Christmas.

So here’s to the new creatives – on behalf of the course I wish them all the luck they need!
